Cal Day
Overview
This was taken at Cal Day in April 2008. Cal Day centers around welcoming and introducing prospective students to UC Berkeley: an inherent compassion in spite of a reputation for competition. I felt that this particular moment really captured the whole essence of the day–an incoming student asking a current student, clad in Cal colors, for help.
